BMA2026 will be a hybrid meeting. Selected sessions will be recorded and made available to all registered attendees after the event.
Members of BMAS (The International Bone Marrow Adiposity Society) benefit from discounted registration fees. If you are not yet a BMAS member, your registration includes 1-year or 3-year membership; further details are explained below under Registration Categories.
Full details of registration categories, prices and deadlines, and benefits are provided below. All attendees are expected to adhere to our code of conduct.
Guest tickets to our Dinner & Ceilidh are available to purchase until Sunday 6th September. This is a perfect option if you have family or friends joining you in Edinburgh.
Tickets cost only £85 and are now available through our registration system: simply select option G and specify the name and details for your guest(s).

Registration categories
In-person and virtual registration falls into six different categories (a-f) depending on career stage and BMAS membership status:

Early-Career Researcher (ECR) registration is for any attendee who is less than 3 years post-PhD/MD (or who is a current student)

Non-ECR registration is for any attendee who is more than 3 years post-PhD/MD
Career stage depends on the time since obaining your PhD or MD:
