Oral presentations from selected abstracts will be 10-12 minutes in length. Answering 'Yes' does not guarantee an oral presentation, but is required if you wish to be considered for this.

Travel grants and abstract prizes will be awarded to top-scoring abstracts:

  • Five travel grants (€500 each) – two sponsored by Elsevier, three sponsored by BMAS

  • One prize for best oral presentation (€600) – Sponsored by Elsevier

  • One prize for best poster presentation (€600) – Sponsored by Elsevier

  • One prize for the best abstract (€800) – Sponsored by Elsevier

All abstracts submitted by 1st June are automatically considered for travel grants (you do not have to apply separately). Final award of travel grants requires in-person registration for the meeting.

Please submit your abstract using the form below. Late-breaking abstracts are not eligible for travel grants or the best abstract prize, but will be considered for oral and poster presentations and prizes. All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Late-breaking abstract submission is open until 26th August!
